Withdrawal Symptoms from Antidepressants and Peripheral Neuropathy

The past couple weeks, I've been feeling like I'm withdrawing from my antidepressants....but I haven't missed even one dose. My body is experiencing electric like shocks and I've been feeling ill like I have the flu. I had a virtual visit with my doctor today and she decided that I may be having drug interactions with my Lyrica for my peripheral neuropathy...which I have felt hasn't been helping like it should.... so instead of upping my dosage she discontinued it completely. I'm nervous because now not only will I still be possibly experiencing my shock like symptoms, I will have zero relief for the nerve pain in my toes. I guess I just needed to whine lol I'm worried about dealing with more pain.
