Why adult bullying really exists

The person bullying is usually insecure, so don’t listen to them. They are dealing with their own problems. They really shouldn’t take it out on other people. Instead they need to focus on themselves

I believe it is a self defense mechanism people use to make themselves look bigger than apposed to others.
