I'm having weird health changes like skin changes, higher anxiety, loss of appetite, skin hyperpigmintation on my face. I did have chronic diarrhea for about a month straight it went away after I stopped drinking the tap water. on and off headaches and a mild fever. I'm a little scared it could be something serious and I'm very nervous and anxious to go to a doctor I'm scared and I don't want to know if it's something fatal. how do I get to the point to where I can get help?
