Hi guys, I’m new to this app. Idk if I’m allowed to vent real quick, but I have anxiety and panic disorder. It’s extremely bad to the point where I suffer from it everyday, all day. I try to tell my family members that I am feeling down, but they get upset and complain about it. I also have no friends at all.
