Uneven Eczema Patches on Inside of Arms

For the past few months my left arm has the larger patch, i wonder if it's because I'm right handed so I'm scratching more with that hand? I also have a random flare up on my left eyelid as well. I wonder what it could mean.

Yes I think it depends on which arm you use more due to friction and irritation. Usually my right inner arm has a larger outbreak.

I have a few patches on the inside of my arms

Yes, mine is mostly symmetrical but one side is usually a different size / shape than the other. I have one large patch and a couple smaller ones on each arm.
