I was on the birth control pill for 14 years before recently going off to try to conceive. Do you think it will take me awhile to get pregnant? Is it a myth that the longer you are on the pill, the longer it will take for you to become regular again and for your body to make a baby?

I believe it is with any form of birth control. I had the Mirena in for 4 years and I took it out to get pregnant. It took us 9 to 10 months to get pregnant.
