i have triggers that make me depressed. there are certain shows i can no longer see like law and order svu because of what i went through. i cant watch a lot of sexual scenes and i cant watch people cheating

Absolutely. Triggers are debilitating and can cause a person to go into many features of themselves. I find that art therapy helps a lot creativity to learn about oneself from the inside out.
