Treating Throat Irritation from Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Hi, i personally have t experienced any irritation. Do you notice it after certain foods? Reason I ask is because when I was diagnosed with it, my Dr recommended getting tested for food allergies. I got tested & found I’m allergic to gluten, oats, dairy & soy!! So I’m not on any medication for it, I just don’t eat any of those foods. Unfortunately it’s a very hard & frustrating diet to follow but I’d rather eliminate food than be on medicine for it. My issues were swallowing, I got food stuck & had to have it surgically removed from my esophagus. My esophagus became inflamed from the foods I had been eating over time.
