I haven’t been able to share this much but I wanted to say I’m proud of myself. I’m finally going to see a specialist for my trauma and start working on it. I’m able to cope with everyday life for the most part (as it’s been years since the traumatic experiences), however there are days that it’s still unbearable. I’m just glad I can finally say I have the appointment set and ready to go
