Looking to Train My Yorkie Mix as a Service Animal

Does anyone have a service animal? Im looking to my pup trained and certified but am not sure where to start. I live in Florida currently, but am moving to New Jersey this summer if that matters. I know I want him to alert to my migraines so I can take rescue meds before getting a full blown migraine. I want him to pick up things I drop like my keys. And I want him to be an emotional support animal. What else can he be trained to do? He’s a two and a half year old yorkie mix. He naturally alerts to my dads blood sugar and naturally alerted to my infected surgical incision the end of last year. And he knows when I’m having flares of my condition and to be gentle and when I’m feeling okay enough he can push me to be more active. He’s so smart he just needs structured training to alert without getting hyped up like he does rn.
