@RiotRiley18 you can usually train your own, depending on the state you live in :)

I have an ESA who works somewhat like a service dog. I adopted him when he was about 10 and he had epilepsy, now he's 14 and even more disabled (several heart and lung conditions) but still energetic and doing stuff. Because of his age and disabilities we were never able to pursue more than his ESA paperwork. Very early on into getting him my mother was diagnosed with diabetes and I have an anxiety diagnosis, ADHD, autism, and some mobility issues. He quickly started doing deep pressure on me during panic attacks, telling me when I need to eat/drink/pee/shower, and he began alerting people when I fell or got into a position that I couldn't get up from. Eventually my mother began having severe blood sugar spikes at night and after the first night he would alert both of us as it started spiking so we could take steps to avoid it getting worse and making her sick, she started getting a better handle on it and we moved out. Now his main job is to alert someone when me or my also disabled partner and roommate need help up and/or medical assistance.
