My hammies are tight but I'm flexible how in the world does that even work, I can touch the floor I can do the splits but my hammies are so tight its so annoying... do I have to strengthen them instead of stretching them?

Does it happen to you after exercising? Usually, stretching is supposed to help… you could also try a foam roller, I enjoy it!
