Hi Endo babes! I haven’t been diagnosed with endometriosis yet but I was diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago. My periods are coming back but they have consistently been heavy, long, exhausting, and SO painful it feels like I have to stop everything I’m doing. I’m really struggling to find a doctor who will listen and not just brush off my symptoms. I’ve tried a bunch of different birth controls over the years but nothing seems to work for me and makes these symptoms worse. I have a hunch I have both PCOS and endo but would love any advice you have around what I can do during this time to stay sane, advocate for myself, and figure out what is going on with my body.
