Yikes, I hope you are healing well and the boys are helping you manage things. One thing I wish I was encouraged to do more during my earlier stages of healing from TBI is to write things down. Journaling as well as lists for to-do and grocery or meal planning. I'm TBI since around age 4, so much of my recovery has involved being reluctant to accept that I need the extra help.
