I had laser lithotripsy surgery last Saturday. On Wednesday, I have to get the stent removed in my doctors office. I’m really nervous and scared it’s gonna hurt, not to mention I already have an anxiety disorder. Does anyone know about this and how it works and how to not have a major panic attack?

It tingles a bit, but doesn't hurt much.

I had the same thing a month ago. But I removed my stint at home. It doesn’t hurt a lot coming out. But I would take some good pain pill before you get it done and stay on top of pain meds for next 24 to 48 hours after. Cause it hurt quite about from spasming a bit after. I didn’t do this and it wasn’t fun.
