so i’ve started getting really bad vertigo when i’m tired and i can’t figure out why. i stumble when i walk and i can’t remember much of what happens around me bc i’m so focused on not passing out or falling and hurting myself. does anyone know what this could be from?? i have suspected narcolepsy, insomnia, hypersomnia, and sleep apnea if that helps, but my sleep study isn’t for another 3 months. is there anyone else who experiences this?? do u know why u experience it??
