sorry if this is tmi but does anyone have info about a very sudden extremely light period? normally by this time in my cycle I have to change tampons or empty my cup a few times in the day but today I wore my cup for 12 hours and barely anything at all. It was also kinda cloudy and dark. My mom said it's probably nothing but idk like idk if it's ever been this light even when I first started getting it. Not complaining lol but just worried if it's not normal :/
