Hey guys, I've been truly struggling with stagnant weight, and I've read that it could be due to the IUD. I'm not severely overweight but would like to drop about 8kgs, I've been exercising (6 days a week) and counting calories for months with absolutely no change in weight. I have no hormonal issues, nor PCOS. Has anyone noticed a weight related difference after having an IUD removed? Also, a bonus question. if anyone has removed the IUD and gone onto something else for the endometriosis, what did you start using instead?
