I have suffered alot of medical issues over the years but my biggest one is vertigo and depression. so with my vertigo I have not been given any medication to help just been told I need to live with it really and my depression I have relapsed 5 times and unfortunately alot of the medication works most time but it makes me like a zombie or not wanting to get out of bed half the time and I am not able to take them due to feeling like that and being a single mum with no help I need to be there for my kid. HELP WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT BETTER
