I feel like the entire time I’ve been going in and out of therapy and being on and off of medication nothing has improved with my mental health. My family is just making me repeat the same cycle but I feel like every time is the same as the last. What should I do?

It took me years in and out of therapy to find the right plan. For me Celexa has been a life changer, all the other medications have either made it worse or did no difference. As for therapy i went to work through specific traumas. A lot of people try to cover everything going on at once or week by week but that never worked for me. For example my relationship with my narcissistic mother was at the time the biggest issue so I tackled that with a therapist and learned how to cope healthy with that and come to terms with it. then a few years later when I was having trouble grieving (like 5 people i was close with died in a matter of a few years) and just focused on that. Now the gym and my medication helps so much! And eating better
