I've been struggling a lot this past week. my stress levels have been so high that I've just been feeling sick constantly. on top of that I just got another UTI. I need to get to the pharmacy to pick up my concerta and antibiotics but I can hardly stand without feeling nauseous. most Mondays my partner is home and able to support me but they just started a new job with new weekend days so I'm at a total loss. I'm just so tired of feeling sick and hopeless
