Struggling with Seizures and Their Aftermath

I had 2 tonic clonic seizures at the beginning of the month, they broken my heart, damaged the white matter in my brain and slipped a few disc's in my back. Since I got out of the hospital my vision has been jumpy, my muscles are always knotted and angry. (muscle relaxers aren't helping) Sometimes if i take a nap before med time i wake up and it feels like my insides are shaking, my vision is shaking but you can't physically feel anything. Sometimes I feel like this is driving me crazy... None of it makes sense.
