Struggling with Relationship OCD

I’m suffering really badly with ROCD, I obsess that everything I’ve done or do is cheating . And I will ask my bf and send him everything or think of anything possible and he says no. I think a few things triggered this. The first thing being this virtual reality game I played for a long time. It’s basically an avatar you use and you can collect clothing and furniture but it’s online. Sometimes I socialized. And I would fear if I flirted. Or if someone named a room something bad and I was in it, it’s cheating. And the second event is I had a male friend since 2017, we were close and he always respected me in a relationship or not. One day I took photos for a tik tok and I was wearing a bralette with a sweater over my arms. It was for a trend. I sent them to him as I did many of my tik tok content. And I fear it was bad. Sorry for this book I’m doing a lot of confessing.
