Struggling with PTSD and Anxiety

I take too many medicines as it is and am trying to get off anything that I can. I'm trying to do homoeopathic as much as possible. I will not take pain medicine for anything. I was on a roller walker for two and a half years. I spent 2 months in physical therapy and am now getting ready to join a gym. I refuse to let pain stop me from living. I have 6 beautiful grandchildren and I'm only 57, so I have to be able to keep up with them. Cymbalta did nothing for me! And I've never heard of the other two.

I've tried a lot of medications to try and help my PTSD. Right now I'm on lamotragin. Lamotragin seems to be the most effective in terms of my anxiety. I don't know if you've ever tried kratom, it did help me a lot with anxiety but unfortunately it's hard to use if you have a sensitive stomach.
