Who has taken Paxil oral tablets? I used to take 40mg daily and recently increased to 50mg because I thought my symptoms would improve. I feel like I have actually gotten worse. It's been 2 weeks since my first increased dose and I also switched to taking it at night. I told my APRN that i get tired and sleepy during the day so she recommended I start taking it at night. I have been struggling to take it consistently every 24 hours. I would think even with the trouble remembering to take it every night (sometimes I take my dose early the morning after I was originally supposed to take it) that I would still start to feel the benefits of more Paxil in my system. I dont know, yall. I am burning through medications. I've already tried Lexapro, Prozac, Cymbalta, Welbutrin XL & Zoloft. I want Paxil to be the one.

You should try Genesight testing. It’ll help you understand what medications would work for you.
