I recently switched from Lexapro to Paroxetine (Paxil) and wanted to share my results... I have improved mood but I'm also very tired and very hungry even after eating. I also have dry mouth, difficulty focusing, feeling hot even in cool weather, severe fatigue. I could sleep all day. I've been on 20mg Paxil for about a week and before that was on 10mg for probably 4 weeks.
