needing a friend today. I had a bad night last night being in pain all night. when I woke up this morning though I threw up and had to call out from work and now my lower back is hurting, there's a tingle going down my legs, and my toes are frozen. I'm feeling frustrated and anxious and sick. sorry for the rant
