Struggling with Osteoarthritis and Knee Replacement Recovery

Hi everyone lm struggling l have osteoarthritis, lm 60 but usually full of life . My knee started getting worse just before covid so l was on 10 ml Targin in morning 3 endone a day an 15ml of Targin per day now my time is up for total knee replacement. Had the surgery an coded in theatre they said l had asthma attack while under got knee fixed felt strange an have so since lm quite agitated she dosent really want me to have anything more while lm on high meds l get that but lm struggling with is why lm feeling like this . I'm in quite a bit of pain it's day 7 but don't want to ask for more as l totally understand why but what to do so confused an feeling flat
