Hello, how are you? Does anyone have trouble with motivation? I do and would like ideas on how to deal with this.

You are not alone! I am nearly 40 and have had plenty of battles with motivation. My motivation is often tied to or masked by decision paralysis. I find keeping routines and list making can help with motivation. Also, telling someone what I want to do makes me be accountable to somebody. Because of that, I'm more likely to at least begin at the task I want to address. When I'm moving slowly on a task, I'll remind myself that progress is progress and take time to gently praise myself for doing rather than not doing at all. And, I give myself praise and an actual pat on the back whenever I do "the thing," on time. Wishing you encouragement!
