Struggling with Motivation

Personally for me, going to work is a really hard thing. It feels impossible to get out if bed. I'm sorry you're struggling

I struggle with lack of motivation all the time. I noticed you’re on lexapro.. lexapro can have side affects of apathy and lack of motivation if you’re on it for a long time. this happened to me, after 4 years of being on lexapro I had to reduce from 20mg to 10mg even though the lexapro was working wonders for my general anxiety. maybe ask your psychologist about this?

It might help to write a list of the future goals you have and all the benefits that will happen by you going to classes and graduating. Remind yourself of the end goal and what you’re working towards. If that doesn’t help, might be worth trying to just take some time to go do something fun by yourself and clear your mind from feeling so overwhelmed!

Not to go to class but to just get up in general yes , going to class is better than doing nothing at home you know at-least yo go outside take some air eat before u go in if is not a hard class take it easy if it is pay attention to it maybe important try to focus on it who knows you might leave out if there knowing something you didn’t before and feel better about yourself that you actually are learning new things you know
