I have been struggling a lot recently with my mental health and I don't like other people to see me struggling because I don't want them to feel that I am not capable of all that I do. What helps you stay grounded when you feel out of touch/control of your mental health?

I cuddle my 2 cats, or I craft. I'm also Bipolar. And I had a high manic day yesterday, and when I come down from it, my ptsd kicks in.

I usually cuddle with my pets, they make me feel a bit better after. But seriously, you should let out your emotions to someone.. trust me, it helps.

@Fallen_world I do the same thing with my 2 cats.

@Fallen_world I am lucky and have a very loving Fiance that helps me through things and listens to my emotions. I just feel very much like a burden to him when I can't handle things on my own and have to rely on him so much. He loves me and does not see it that way, but it is hard to see things the way they actually are sometimes when you are stuck in that mindset.
