Not much of a question but, I feel like no matter what I do my body won’t care. I workout twice a day, meditate twice a day, do yoga once a day, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and get enough sleep. Even after all of that, my mental health must be better, right? No. It rewards me with panic attacks and suicidal ideation. Thanks a lot, me.
