Struggling with Mental Health

I feel it. I'm on an upturn for my mental health. People talk about these things like they're wounds that will scar over. I know for the short time I was with someone it was the first time in my life I noticed I wasn't wishing I wouldn't wake up from my sleep anymore. I don't think it's healthy to put so much reliance on someone, though

I feel the same way sometimes. I don't know why and it scares me. It helps me to think about the future. Good things are going to happen, if I can hold on a little longer it will be worth it.
