I have been diagnosed with a few things including PTSD but I recently stopped taking all my medications due to all my medicine making me superrrr tired and I felt like an absolute zombie like nothing mattered to me. Has anyone else experienced this? And should I get back on medication?

Please know for future it can be extremely dangerous to do this, ask for your psychiatrist or whoever gave you the medications number or call their office and ask them what to do when this happens (if it’s not very severe ask to make a sooner appointment if possible)
I talked to my doctor and continued adjusting meds until we found a good balance. I only needed them for a couple years while I got started with therapy and got out of a bad situation. But with better coping skills and less stressful environment I tapered off them last year. Definitely talk to your doctor. It can really mess with your whole body when you suddenly stop your meds and can make you feel worse.
Please please please do not stop medication without speaking to your prescriber about the side effects. Depending on what you're on you can have withdrawl like symptoms following the sudden stop. Also seizures. You need to find the right mix of medication. Since you were only just diagnosed, you're probably going to go through a few medications before finding a fit. If it hasn't been more than w days off I'd resume taking the medication and schedule a visit with the prescriber asap. If longer than 2 days call your pharmacy and ask about the affects of coming off and getting back on. Resume only if SAFE.

It's very dangerous to take yourself off medicine, please talk to a therapist about the side effects you've been having. They can give you advice on what to do
