attempted a med change. didn't go as planned and things got very dark and scary for a bit. got in for a rapid appointment and advocated for myself and told doctor that this med was bit working for me. in fact It felt bad. I didn't like it. reinstated old medication and have actually become stable. ugh I hate my brain. now the process of finding thr right dose
