Struggling with Loss and Mental Illness

Hi. I'm a newbie to this app and I have been through a great deal this past year. Broke my femur in a car accident, 6 months later still recuperating and in pain. My ex that was always a special friend passed away from prostate cancer and my kids kept me away when I tried to help. They still want nothing to do with me. I did nothing bad, they took it that way. I'm bipolar and triggers like this just escalates everything. My depression is still very bad, I cry every day since my ex died and my kids doing what they did. I have no friends, I like solitude and have SAD social anxiety disorder. It is very difficult for me.
