Hi there .I'm a 54 years old disabled woman and right now I'm having to live in my living room area which is very upsetting for me. I have a lovely home but unfortunately it's too small for my wheelchair. It's really affecting my mental health issues and I'm finding it very hard to just sit in my room. I'm trying very hard to exercise as much as possible and I'm trying to get up and walking so that I can go to bed. But it's not easy for me and I'm getting very angry with myself. I just don't know what I can do to help myself.

One suggestion is to create safe and cozy spaces within your living room that can help you feel more comfortable. You can also try engaging in activities that can be done from your current space, such as sketching, reading, or listening to music. Additionally, consider searching for exercises that can be done while seated or in bed to help maintain your physical health. Remember, it's important to be patient with yourself and focus on small goals and achievements.
