Struggling with Life: A Cry for Help

Life sucks. I can't offer some earth shattering advice that'll make you suddenly wanna live again, but ya know.. since you're here, alive.. take control of your situation. Go do something exciting, that gets adrenaline pumping, or do something nice for yourself after a long day. Do something you can step back and look at and say "I did that". Even something small. Take things one day at a time, and breathe. Just think about what you can do right now for yourself. I know none of that will "cure" you but doing stuff, and setting goals can change your mindset even just a little. I hope tomorrow's a little less crap for you and that you see something nice.
