hey everyone my name is Brenda i have hypothyroidism first was under active I had goiter removed in 2015 then I had cancer in 2019 been cancer free since then I take medicine and struggle with being tired no matter how much sleep I get hard I have 2 girls 10 and 9 there handful at times I am blessed my husband helps out he lets me sleep when I need it
