Struggling with Homelessness and Heartbreak: Need Advice

I think I’m going crazy sometimes I’m homeless and while staying with a friend I like I saw proof he is with hookers in the monthly basis. Which had broke my heart. And I been helping at his house cleaning and cooking in pain and now this. I don’t what to go to the car to sleep, it’s not comfortable and gives more pain At the shelter they steal and harass me that was another problem. Housing waiting list is taking forever so does the SSI. My pain is so worse when living in the car with my bad disk, sciatica and fibromyalgia. I can’t think straight about anything anymore. Been on Cymbalta and Risperidone and I feel crazier! Don’t have friends or family after they abuses me, I have no support to talk to. What will be of me
