Struggling with High Blood Sugar and Cravings

how does your BS do on fruit? Mine goes really high with fruit, except berries!

What I do when I crave sugar I'll eat fruit. With me being on dialysis and diabetic I try to do natural sugars like mandarins grapes the outburst frozen fruit Bars are good too..

My BS is all over the place. One of the most annoying things about high blood sugars is that it can make you crave sweet things. Our bodies can be so weirdly counter- productive.

Try some Pierre water with lemon juice in it. It's helped me a lot.

Mine usually stays in the 300’s-600’s. And me too I crave sugar Lordy day it’s hard 99% of the time.
