so I'm at a crossroads. my ex fiance and I have been separated since March. we recently started to go to couples therapy to see if we can work things out. we spend alot of time together and talk everyday. but she is still "casually dating" someone. she is sleeping with him, but they are not allowed to sleep with other people. I define that as a relationship. I love her I really do, but this is really painful I don't know what to do

I say move on. Couples therapy makes more sense if you have a marriage and kids and you're trying to keep your life together. If you really meet the right person you shouldn't need therapy. You're holding yourself back by clinging to a failed relationship
If she's exclusive with a person, I wouldn't say that was a casual thing. I think it's time to talk about it in therapy and if she won't agree to stop seeing him, that would be my dealbreaker
