hi! i am new to the community. i am here to just let my thoughts out. recently i have been losing the feeling of being hungry, and at the beginning of this year or towards the last few months of 2021, i didn’t hardly ever eat. over the last 3-5 months i have ate more and been comfortable with eating but i see myself more bloated and i can feel my thighs/arms/hips getting fatter, and i am not happy with my image anymore. I have been drinking a lot lately (water, tea, milk) but i can barely eat a meal or something fulfilling. i have had cereal and mac and cheese in the last 16 hours and a few small (very unhealthy) snacks. how should i tell myself to not be guilty eating, but not over do it?
