I've had a bit of a relapse and I'm feeling really down. I started Adderall and it's suppressed my appetite so I'm barely eating, and I tried to weigh myself today (luckily the scale had the batterery removed) my chiropractor told me that I need to lose weight and that was also a huge trigger for me. I've been trying to get myself involved in social activities that involve food because eating with others feels easier but today I went out for lunch with some friends and I nearly had a panic attack. I feel really guilty and isolated because I don't want to bother my friends with this and idk what to do

i agree with chloe adderall is not a good fit for anyone with ED history!! and if your friends are really there they will want to help you as much as possible. Try opening up to one person and having them as a buddy when you go out. They can encourage you and make you feel less alone. Plus they can check in on you for accountability! šŸ’•

I'm sure your friends would want to know. Its not bothering them, im sure of it. I understand struggling and Adderall is typically not supposed to be prescribed to anyone with an eating disorder. Do you feel comfortable talking to your doctor about that so maybe they can help you? Hang in there! I'm here to chat when I can
