I went to a treatment center for 3 months to help my severe bulimia. It was all good for a while actually. No B/P episodes, no restrictions and just learning to live again. But recently I've become disgusted by food. I eat maybe one snack or meal a day but sometimes I dont keep it down. Everytime I eat I just envision maggots or something. I know it may be in direct correlation with my OCD and sadly OCD meds have proved to not be very helpful for me. I dont know what to do anymore. I want to live a normal life. I want to be happy and health and do what I want in life but food is a nightmare. My body is a nightmare. I feel so.. lost. Does anyone relate? š

I do have it in me! Im very lost right now but I dont want to give up. I think what you said might be the best course of action for me. Ive been out of therapy for weeks due to reasons out of my control but I will definitely put some fire under my butt and get that taken care of!
That sounds so hard! Sorry to hear thatā¦ I think you have it in you and you could be OK again. It sound like you lost yourself for a while.. whenever I have a relapse I go rushing back to therapy to understand what Iām going through and help myself out of it as soon as possible
