Hi, I’m sorry for being so inactive today and not replying back to some of your guys messages. I’m just having a horrible horrible day. Nothing happened, I don’t know why but I’m just in an extreme depressive episode right now :/ I’ve been trying to get some simple tasks done and it’s just so hard and painful. I want to rest so badly but I have work and school tomorrow and I really cant take more days off…but I don’t know how I’ll be able to do it when right now all I’ve been able to do is make breakfast and brush my teeth. I’ve been doing nothing for hours and just sitting with my whole body sore and fatigued. I’m doing absolutely nothing but I’m still so exhausted somehow.

      Listen to your body, don’t burn yourself out. Rest when you can, so that you can get through what is necessary for you to do. We’re all here to support you, and I hope tomorrow is a better day!

      Don't feel bad if u need to rest; you're not a drone or robot. I learned not to push myself physically if I'm really tired . Anyway, I hope u feel better tomorrow. 👍🏻
