My depression is so bad, i just had a server breakdown...idk wut to do anymore with my depression...plz help...

      Talk to a doctor or a mental health hotline. They will know what to do best. Try to breathe and know that everything will eventually be okay. I know that might not make you feel better now, but know that you won't be stuck here forever. Stay strong ❤️

      I just started using Better Help (app). It’s awesome so far. Your counselor is very available to you and typically responds within a day.

        @mmikl633 ive tried to use the app and i cant get access to all the things unless i pay. i just started a new job and currently my husband and i barely have money.
