Any ideas? I have depression and ADHD and recently started a remote job. my mental health has taken a hit. I went up on my ADHD meds, which seems to have helped, but my depression has been getting bad, especially when I look at finances. Insurance through work is way expensive, I'm honestly not getting paid enough, and my husband is still in school (which is expensive in its own right). I have no reason to look nice anymore aside from church, I have very few clothes that fit, and my depression is just running rampant. It doesn't help that I have PCOS, have been trying and failing to get pregnant for 2 years, and am surrounded by people with babies. My doctor recently reco..ended I go to a fertility clinic (which is another cost to worry about). I go on walks on weekdays with my sister and her baby, I play D&D with friends weekly, and I go to church weekly, but my depression is still poking through enough that I'll probably need to up my meds for that too. How do I prevent a mental breakdown? Cause it is getting hard to keep from crying and to actually eat and take care of myself... (I don't get suicidal. I get neglectful)
