I have been feeling very low lately. I hesitate when talking. I am unable to think what I should be speaking. I don't even listen to what people are saying because thoughts keep running in my head. I am not even able to start a conversation with anyone. This has lately become worse. I feel like I will not be able to do anything in life. like I am big loser. I am not from a native english speaking country but although I never had bad English, I feel like I am not able to communicate or remember simple words. It has come to a point where everyone is just thinking that I am of no use at work. Please help me and suggest something that I can do to gain that confidence back and be presentable in front of people. I don't know if this is anxiety or depression.
