Struggling with Anxiety and Grief

Hey. I'm Natalie, and I'm located in Melbourne, vic, Australia. I really struggle with cripping anxiety around social situations, driving a car, holding a job, getting enough sleep, doing a grocery shop... just about anything. I lost both of my parents 7 months apart when I was 22-23. I'm now 30 and struggle to get by with not having them in my life. I feel incredibly lonely and often feel depressed and very consumed by my grief. I've trialled 3 anti depressants now and haven't had much luck. Things only seem to get worse. I'm trying to get a diagnosis for ADHD because I'm finding a lot of things to be incredibly over stimulating, and I'm not coping. I've become quite housebound and isolated due to my anxiety.
